Looking for as easy operated database as possible, but...

Possiblities to make:

# A rather simple form layout
# ...with some rank numbers
# Easy switching between form and list display
# MUST: Easy conversion from sorted list to (one file, sorted) txt, doc,
sxw, rtf or alike.

What I like to do is not a pupil - class - grades Db but somthing close to
it.

I've wrote about ths kind of thing before, so I copy-paste it here:

At this moment, there are only 3 programs that fit the disciption help you,
but...

One is in German (Though not too complicated): WinDBF
http://www.buchenwald.de/software/windbf-e.html

There is also a Dutch program, Calles Adress2000 (but it IS in Dutch)
http://www.motorcrossaad.nl/Adres2000/index.htm

The last one is Kexi (There is a windows port for it) But I did not test it
yet, and it seems to be in a very early version ( 0.1 Beta 1)
http://www.kexi-project.org/

Unless you understand Dutch, I'dd advise windbf, inspite of its mostly
german interface:
It has the most contol over the form layout, en is quite less complicated as
Kexi. The later one is still in its early beta releases, I believe.
(Checking.... Och! Windows version does not even have form support yet)

dBworx is a versatile database program - simple and easy to work with.
Create your own files to keep track of almost any type of information.

Once you've defined the fields that make up your database file, you can
use dBworx to add, edit, delete, sort, search and filter information.
You can also import and export data to and from dBworx, making it easy
to share information with other applications or put your database on the
web.
