Database Admin Tool Prerequisites

The prerequisites for the Database Admin Tool says:

a.. Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
a.. Microsoft SQL Express 2005 SP2 (32-bit only) or Microsoft SQL Server
2005 SP2 (32-bit only)

When it says Microsoft SQL Server 2005 SP2 (32-bit only) does that include
SQL Server 2005 Workgroup Edition?
