DataAccess Class

Hi everybody,

Does anybody know where I can find an example of how to implement a simple
data access class ? So that all my database tasks in my application can be
isolated to that one class ?.

I have written a version , but I want to no what the formal method of doing
this is.

Please advise, many thanks

Hi,

Check out the Microsoft Data Access Application Block. It might be overkill
for what your doing now but learning to use it may save time in on future
developments. Anyway heres the link:
