Yesterday, I accidentally wiped out all of the data in a
table. Is there any way to recover this? I'm using
Access 97 on Windows XP.

Get out your backup disk... No, there's no home-based way to recover.
If you've Compacted the database, you're totally out of luck.

If you have no backup and it's worth some cash, contact Peter Miller's
highly regarded database salvage service:
