If you mean you want to create a data validation list on one sheet that
points to a range on another sheet, give the list a book-level range name
(highlight the list and type a name into the box directly to the left of the
formula bar). Then you can enter =MyList (or whatever you named it) into the
Source entry in the data validation dialog.
