Data Tracking with Template Wizard

I used template wizard to set up a database file, every
time I saved an invoice, Excel 2002 will save a record in
the database. The problem is that when I revised an
invoice, even when I choose "Update the existing record",
it will not update the existing record, instead it will
replace the last record in the database.

Is this an Excel 2002 bug? or there is something I can do
to correct this? please help, thanks,
 
the template wizard is a 3rd party addin, even though it is distributed with
Excel in some versions before Excel 2002. You might contact village
software, the author, and inquire if it is a bug.
