If my memory serves me correctly underneath A1 I've have A2 to A8 Styles I just need to know how to collaspe them and then do a sort on A1 Thankyou.

D Daiya Mitchell Nov 1, 2004 #4 You should be able to collapse them by going into Outline View, then use Table | Sort, which should take the subheadings along in the sorting. DM
