Data sorting formula

Is there a formula that can sort a range of data

Easy if there are no duplicates and the data is numeric. Say we have
un-sorted values in column A. In B1 enter:

=SMALL(A:A,ROW()) and copy down

But I have duplicates,k if there anything I can do
