In a line-column chart with 2 axes, the lines linking the
data points have disappeared. Colors seem o.k. Any
suggestions?

Have you tried to format the data series on the chart and request a line?
What colour is the line set to?
Bernard

I have formatted the data series for lines and set each of
the four sets of points to a different color.

Are there blank (or apparently blank) cells in the rows between plotted
points? If they are truly blank cells (not formulas that return ""),
select the chart, go to Options on the Tools menu, Chart tab, and change
the Plot Blanks As setting to Interpolated. If they are formulas
returning "", have them return NA() instead. This makes an ugly #N/A
error in the worksheet (hide it with conditional formatting), but it
makes the chart work again.

Wow - That DOES work! Thanks.
