Hi,

Please let me clarify about the nature of data on EXCEL SHEET which
wanted to display on Graph.
There are three columns in an Excel sheet each of them contains data.
In column 1 (Continent) there is only one row that is North America.
In column 2 (Country) there is only one row that is USA.
In column 3 (States) there are several rows like (Taxas, Kansas
NewYork etc).

Now I wanted that on an EXCEL Graph, first the data from (Continen
column) would display that is “North America”.
Then below the “North America”, the data from second column (Country
would display that is “USA”.
Then below the “USA”, all the data from third column (States) woul
display that are “Taxas, Kansas, etc”.

So that’s the scenario, which I wanted to display on Graph.

Your kind comments will be appreciated.

Kinds Regards

How do you want the chart to look? For example, would you like a column
chart, with "NA", "USA", and the state names along the bottom of the plot?

I've responded to your newsgroup posting, which should have shown up in
ExcelForum, and to your private email. Your post does not explain what
you want to do, besides make a chart.

Hi,

Please look at the following in order to understand what I wanted.

Right now there is only one row for the "Continent" and "Country
column and several rows for "State" column.
It is the requirement.

No rows will be added in future for the "Continent" and "Country
column.

Now I wanted that on an EXCEL Graph, first the data from (Continen
column) would display that is North America
Then below the North America the data from second
column (Country) would display that is USA.
Then below, the all the data from third column
(States), would be displayed, that are Taxas, Kansas, etc.

So thats the scenario, which I wanted to display on Graph.

Your ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks

Sharbat.

Okay, we already knew your data was in worksheet columns. We still don't
know what kind of chart you want, except that it's an EXCEL chart. Is it
a Line chart, a Column chart, a Stacked Column chart? Are the
geographical terms the X categories? What is the Y data?
