have norton antivirus(scan clean) and internet. Spy
Sweeper did not find bugs Ad-aware did, I have both. So
named Bugs are in quarentine- they were in registry and
according to ad-aware info owned by windows. I just need
to know how to tell or find out if theses are good guys
or bad. I don't want to delete them and find out they
were part of software. SOS

You don't want them!

Lisa:

Read the manual for AdAware to get a better understanding.
But, realize that this software "quarantines" anything that you delete.
You can restore these files/registry keys by opening adaware, choosing open
quarantine list, and restoring from the date upon which these files/registry
keys were deleted.

You always have this option if adaware "breaks" software as a result of its
cleaning.

Good luck.
