data in subform doesn't always display

I have an application with a form that has a nested subform, and this subform contains 12 additional nested subforms. When I developed this application and tested it, it worked fine. Now that I have rolled it out so some of our users, I find that the data in the lowest level subforms doesn't display for two of them (there are a half-dozen or so that it works fine for). When you click on the arrow at the bottom of the form to go to the next record (on the main form), an error message pops up stating that the object is no longer valid. I cannot replicate this problem on my computer. The 2 users that can't use the form have different types of computers (one laptop and one desktop), but both are running Windows 2000.

I suspect that there is a setting somewhere that needs to be changed, but for the life of me I don't know what it would be.

For the time being we are getting around the problem by using a Remote Desktop Connection, but I would like to fix the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi Be
If it works for some but not all, I would look at the
machines n question. Are they machines with less memory or
are they using greater resources than the others? Have
they had problems with other memory-intensive apps?

Hope This helps

Hi Art,

How would I go abut checking the memory on these machines? Would having other applications open (like MS Outlook, SAP, etc) affect the available memory?

Thanks for the help!!
