Data in cell disappears, reappears by scrolling mouse over cell

Using Office 2007 Profecssional. A 2007 Excel workbook (Not converted from
2003, etc.) w/ approx. 10 spreadsheets (40 columns x 1000 rows) no macros,
detailed formulas, or other specialized functions. Do have simple math
formulas. Rows are colored, cells contain text, numbers, and formulas.
Inserting rows, cutting or pasting, data in cells above disappears and
reappears when I scroll the mouse over the blank cells. Have tried, new
worksheet, ck. memory card, another computer, disk defrag. Have worked in
Excel for 7 mos. issue just started no one else is having this problem in the
office.
 
We are having the same issue with a spreadsheet.. it happens on both mine and
my co-worker's computers.. it is quite annoying and creates untold problems
because you don't see the number and think there's a problem...
