Data from Column into another worksheet

I have created a spreadsheet (with your help) which calculates the average
grade for students, and then compares each students average grade to the
class average grade. If a student's grade is higher than the average, a "1"
appears in cell A10. If a student is achieving lower, a "0" appears in cell
A10.

Now, on sheet 2, I would like a list to form of all those students who are
achieving higher than the class average, and all those who are not, so...If
a "1" appears in A10 on sheet 1, I want the name of that student in A1 to
copy over to column A in sheet 2? If they get a "0" in A10 in sheet 1, I
want their name to appear in column B of sheet 2!

- which column stores your names
- which column stores the flag (1/0)
- whcih range (for both)
