Can the data forms be customized?

(1) I would like the input fields to remain constant no
matter where I am on my sheet but it seems as though
unless I select the appropriate fields, the system either
does not know which input fields to use or there are too
many fields for the form to be generated.

(2) Also, is there a way I can put a drop down list in the
data form?
