Data Form Wizard Question

I just recently installed Visual Basic .NET Standard. I would like to use the Data Form Wizard, but it is not an option when I go to create a new project. Is it not included with the installation? If it is, how do I get it to appear? If it isn't, what can I do to get it?
 
To use it, use Project -> Add New Item -> Data Form Wizard...that should do
it for you.
