can this be done in windows 2003. I would like data on my
file server to be replicated/syncronized between DC file
servers.

Thanks

You can use DFS (Distributed File System) to accomplish your objective. DFS
is also available on Windows 2000. For more information about DFS see
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/techinfo/howitworks/fileandprint/dfsnew.asp.
To see information about improvements to Windows 2003 DFS see

Have you looked into Distributed File System ? There you can have multiple
replicas of your data shares on multiple servers.
