Data Execution Prevention message

I keep getting message that "to help protecct your computer, windows has
closed this program. " Name : Generic host for win 32 proess
services....Publisher Microsoft corporation. ....When I close the message
and send a report it comes back up again . I cant get rid of it.
appreciate any help.. thanks

I continue to recieve Data Execution Prevention notice when I try to open My
Computer, my control panel, etc. I ran my PC Tools anti-virus and have no
change in performance. I am sorry, no further sugestions at this time.
