data entry

i am using a form for data entry. As soon as i start entering data i want a
new record to appear. This allow me to see all the records at one time. I
do not have a filter or any of funny views turned on. What is my problem?

If you have a form, you should have record selectors that will allow you to
move from one record to another. In other words, you can "see all the
records at one time".

If you click the new record button in the record navigation at the bottom of
the form, then you will be taken to a new blank record and you can enter the
data needed.

You will have to explain better what you are trying to accomplish.
