data entry works in table but not in Form!!

I can enter data in a table where there are other tables related to it. I
can click the cross at the beginning of the record to open & enter stuff on
the related table and do the same on that one to the next tier. 3 levels.
But when I do it in the forms I can only enter or edit existing data on the
next level.
i.e. In the main form, (customers) I enter new customer name, click command
buttont to take me to related form, (orders), and that's where I can't
enter anything for the new customer. But I can for customers already in or
entered in Table

Forms have properties. One of the properties allows editing. Another
allows additions. It sounds like your form isn't allowing additions. Open
the form in design mode and check the properties.
