Data Entry Form

Hi: I want to build a form that will contain fields that are entered and load
to a table as they are entered. Off of this table reports will be generated.
What would be the best approach?

The easiest way is to create a form with a wizard. Wizard will ask you which
table you want to base your form on. Then you can change the form to data
entry in the properties.

Thanks.
So when the text fields on the From are create, I would select a field then
parameters...where is it changed to data entry?

Change form to design view, right click - go to properties - make sure
you're in Form properties (you will see it in a combo box), go to data -
data entry - change to yes
