Data disappears for no reason in Access?

I am new with working with Access I am trying to develop a Quality Check
sheet using access where up to 6 copies could be opened at the same time.
When people are entering data the data will sometimes disappear for no
reason. Do I need to set up multiple data bases or user groups for this to
work?

No, but you should certainly use the Database Splitter Wizard to split
the database:

Thanks John,
I have split the data base but I am still in the process of setting up the
relationships.
Thanks for the suggestion.

You must set the relationships *in the backend database* (the one with
the real tables, not the links).
