Data concanecate

I have 2 cells (A1 and B1), I want to concanecate A1&B1.

A1 : 12
B1 : Feb-03
C1 : 1237653

I want instead, 12Feb-03.

How do I do this ?

Are you talking about Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access?
