data backup and restoring in business contact manager 2003

i have installed business contact manager ,but it crashed now ,but i
reinstalledit ,still it does not appear in toolbar of outlook.but data is
there.Then i backed up by taking the extension of .bcm ,but i didnt find that
data coming on.but data is important.

Did you try restoring the backup File, Import/Export, BCM backup?
