When trying to install the Data Analysis Toolpak from the "Add-in" option in
"Tools" I initially get no errors. However, the "Data Analysis" option does
not appear in the toolbar. If I exit Excel and reopen it, the ANALYS32.XLL
file opens as a read-only and give me the "This file is not in a recognizable
format" error. I have verified that all of the *.xla and *.xll files are in
the correct locations. I have also tried reinstalling excel and office, as
well as resetting all of the customized settings. I am on a network but the
Add-in works fine on all other computers. Am I missing something? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
