Has anyone attempted to write a Data Access Application Block that uses
ODP.NET?

Yes, I have one that is incomplete, but works for stored procs,
returning ref cursors, at least. There is a topic/forum on one of the
dot net sites about this. I haven't looked for a while so it may be
finished. It was either gotdotnet or asp.net, I think.
