Copy the Plus! folder over to your XP system. The themes.exe and themes.cpl are
not reliable on XP, but you can manually set the themes thru the display.cpl,
mouse.cpl and sounds.cpl and save it all as an xp theme in display.cpl. I have
done a few like this and saved a few. If you back the newly saved themes to a cd
or another partition, you can use it over without having to go thru the process
again. HTH.
