Damaged Task Manager?

I just notice a few days ago that the appearance of my task manager has
changed, almost as if it were damaged. I've included a screen shot below so
you guys can see for yourself and tell me what you think.

Just double click anywhere on the blue border of the task manager
window. That will bring it back. BTW, I use SlimBrowser, too.

You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back
and forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the
border.
