Damaged Speech Recognition file

I recently installed Office 2003. During the installation it asked for me to insert the Publisher 2002 CD, as I couldn't find it, the installation went wacko and now EVERY time I do ANYTHING the system first tells me that the file is damaged and whether I want to fix it. If I say NO, it goes away. It also tries to fix it by asking for the Publisher CD, to which I reply CANCEL.

My family is ready to throw me, the PC, and the new office out the window. Help! How can I tell it that I don't care and to stop checking for Speech Recognition?
