Damaged Outlook-Link to contacts-folder

By creating a new mail i want to use a adress from my contacts, the following
error-message will shown:

"The contact folder related with this address strip was shifted or
extinguished or you have now access-rights"

Sometimes there are folders doubled and the access is to the wrong
folder/link.

In which way i can repair or configure the links?

In which way i can delete settings in a user-profile? Uninstall office (by
windows-setup or by ms-removal-tool incl. registry) doesn´t help. After new
installation the user-settings (and old problems) come again.

Wenn alles nicht hilft, wie lösche ich Outlook ZUVERLÄSSIG aus einem
Nutzerprofil? Selbst wenn Office komplett deinstalliert und neuinstalliert
wird (incl. MS-Removetool für Registry), bleiben Benutzereinstellungen
erhalten. Nach Neuinstall tauchen wieder alte Ordner und Einstellungen auf.

Vielen Dank vorab für Ideen.
