That's rather like asking "I have a damaged car which I would like to
repair.Could anyone tell me how to achieve this?" Just as with the
car, how
to do it, or even *whether* you can do it, depends on what's wrong with
it.
Where did you get this file? How do you know it's damaged? What
application
is it used for? Google gets no hits on 32iuct.dll, which very often
means
that it's a virus file that was given a random name.
