Dale Bleh Media.exe - How Do I Get RID of this?!

Help, My system keeps FREEZING / LOCKING up. I have found that when I go
into Task Manager, under Processes, the following file is using up 90%+ of
my resources - the file name is: Dale Bleh Media.exe

I have MANUALLY deleted this file in my registry and can't find it any other
place on my system. However, after several hours, the file comes back
again, using my resources again and locking my system up.

Does anyone know about this file?
