I've set up a macro that sends out a report to all the BoardMember of the
corporation I work for, How do I create a Batchscript or Job that would
execute this macro daily at about 7:00AM every day, so that when these
members login, they have their report ready before 8:00 AM? can any one help
please????

Well, unless you leave your database running 24/7, you can't do this from
inside your mdb. WindowsXP and many 3rd party apps have an operating system
based scheduler. These will start Access and your mdb at the appointed
date/time. One of the simpler approaches would be to have a small separate
mdb that contains just your macro and any necessary table links and queries,
then rename you macro to "autoexec" and it will run every time the mdb is
started.
