Daily call report from Business Contact Manager

I am trying to use Business Contact Manager to create a call report for each
days activities I record in the customer history section. I would rather use
BCM than purchase ACT to do this. I would like a daily activity report of
all customers I call on each day. Any ideas?
 
I am not familiar with Business Task list, I found it in contacts, how do you
post information to it?

Under Business Tools | Reports you will find a bunch of reporting that you
can use. Once of these will probably fit your needs.
