Hello can someone give me some comments on http://www.dabs.com/uk


I have just sign up with then and order some ddr ram from then.I order it lastweek thursday night and still waiting.

How long is the waiting time anyone.

Plus can anyone get me a number for dabs.com.I know there site does'nt have one.

If you ordered it last Thursday, I'd give it another few days. There should be a tracking page on the dabs website if you log in?

i order tonnes of things from Dabs, all of it commes next da unless it is out of stock,

i highly reccomend them :)
 
I bought a printer recently from dabs, ordered at 2pm, it arrived 9am next day.

I'm not passing comment on Dabs until I get something faulty and have to go through an RMA procedure. Fortunately, everything I've ordered from dabs has been faultless.

The main reason I purchased from dabs this time is that the printer had been reduced to half price - a genuine offer as it was on sale elsewhere for the normal price.

Is there any way you can track your order michael555? Or have you phoned the number Ian gave you above?

I order my ddr ram on thursday night.They got the order on friday.

I was told it was 1 to 3 working days.(not sure if they work on the weekend)


Paid alot for the postal and packing which i think is wrong.

I mean ddr ram weight nothing really. But was charge 2.56

My order is my royal mail letter post

This is the first time i order with dabs.A freind told me about them.Just don;'t agree with no phone number.
E-mail is a poor way of helping people.

Still nothing from dabs.post has been aswell.I do not like dabs saying 1 to 3 working days.I do not have time to wait cause am busy.

But they was fast taking the money out.infact 1 day.
 
DABS are one of the best

First of all Dabs can provide a good service, by not taking phone calls.

The web site gives details, if items are in stock, when they are dispatched, etc etc.

If they had to take calls from people like you all the time, prices would have to go up. As they would then need a further 100 people just to tell people like you, information that is in your account any way.

You complain about P&P prices of £2.50 which really says it all. I doubt you have used an online retailer much.

From my own past dealings with Dabs they are always very good and I have used them over 50 x without a single problem !!!!!!!
 
Only £2.50 P&P is actually quite good, as many places charge a standard £10ish postal fee no matter how small (or large) the order is for. And it will more than likely arrive by courier instead of Royal Mail.
1-3 working days from Friday means it will arrive anywhere from monday to wednesday, so please wait till weds before you get angry at them.
I have personally used dabs a few times and have always been pleased with the service they offer.
 
i just payed £6.53 for a motherboard to be delivered.

Dabs are always next day delivary, well, if it is instock.

what is the dabs code of the item you ordered?

I just got my order sorted by answering one email sent to me from dabs by a person!
Imagine! A real live human, eh!? Go dabs!
If I had received this email in the first place my problem would have taken a day to sort out and not three weeks.

Never had a prob with Dabs.

Usually the hiccup is with P 'arse' l force. They are so slow sometimes.

I ordered some memory and a card for a digital camera and it came in a box that you would usually ship a laptop in.

Still it would come in handy for something.

Anybody beat that?

Dabs are rubbish.

Stay away from a company who does,nt have a phone number.

E-mail support only. Just gets auto reply.

My local shops are alot cheaper.
