d drive

i,m trying to install a old game on pc, ( championship mnagr 01/02)
it loads in my d drive , but properties show drive is full ?
after installation it when i click on icon to launch programme i just get the old windows error msg, , plusits saying i need service pack 3 to be able to run this game ????
any help pls ? why is d drive showing full ?

Have Vista and do not care for it, sorta like a Kid's GUI (Lego/Tonka Truck)
