Hi,

Just copy them and paste them in any folder you like to have them under
Drive D. or just drag and drop.

In future, while installing any new software, select the installation folder
in Drive D, instead of C:\Program files.

Hope this helps.

Rgds,

Hi,

* Move your personal data and internet downloads to D:\ (Using Windows Explorer, but be sure you move only your personal stuff, not the Windows system files)

* Clear all but one system restore snapshots using "Cleanmgr". This frees up enormous space in C:

To clear the System Restore points, Click Start/Run/Cleanmgr / More Options / system restore /cleanup.

To redirect/move your My Documents folder to D:\ drive, see:
Change the Default Location of the My Documents Folder
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310147
(You can also relocate other shell folders such as My Documents, Favorites, Music, etc using TweakUI)

Further, you need to have a clear view on what is occupying the disk space. You may consider using a third-party program like TreeView, DiskDATA or DiskPie2 which presents you the disk space occupied by each folder in a Pie Chart.
