Hello!
If you originally installed an application into the C drive; then moved the
application ".exe" over to another partition, like the D drive, it's likely
that it will not work if it needs to have registry paths in order to make it
work. So, you'll likely have to re-install it to another partition if you
are trying to save space. however, I strongly recommend having the first
partition (C drive) for your Windows XP and the applications; and keep the
subsequent partitions for data.

Why wont programs, etc work if I move them from the C drive to my D drive. (E AND F are DVD CD-R drives)
Is there any way around this, and if not what is the D drive for? Storage
only?
