D/B Password Required After Compact

I have a database that is set to compact on close. During
the compacting process it prompts for the database
password.

Is there a way to turn this prompt off???

I found a resolution that corrected the problem.

This started happening after SR1a was installed. I
installed SR3 and the problem went away.
