Hi there
I have a user who has been experiencing problems with their Outlook.pst file. The file size is around 1,400,000kb running on Windows Pro XP (Outlook 2002). I have run chkdsk /f on the hard drive with no errors and then I go directly to running Scanpst.exe which does not complete (I get a message saying that it was unable to access the file or something).
Since I have run both the above processes, is there any other way to salvage this data? Naturally, I cannot move the file or copy it either. I did rename it and start another Outlook.pst file which functions normally but I am unable to salvage (i.e. import) any of the old data
Thanks for any help you can provide
