what does this mean? I was trying to copy a mp3 file from a cd and i can not copy it because this error keeps coming up. The cd is not damaged from what i can see. I even tryed copying in dos mode using command prompt but still no luck. Any suggestions?

If Windows is reporting a CRC error then the file is corrupt. This would
make sense if it was burned to a CD and didn't get burned right. There's not
much you can do except to try and get a hold of the original file and copy
it again. When burning CD's it might also be a good idea to have Nero or
Roxio verify that the files were copied correctly.
