Cycle property

Anyone know how to get this to display in Access 2002. I am trying to set the last field in a form to wrap to the first field rather than go to the next record. I can't find the cycle property on any properties menu?!?

Form - Design View - Property Sheet - "Other" Tab

The property is named "Cycle".
 
Open your form in design view, choose View, Properties. Make sure the
properties dialog says 'Form' in its title bar (if it doesn't, then select
the form by clicking on the small gray square at the intersection of the
vertical and horizontal ruler bars).

The Cycle property is on the 'Other' tab.
