Is there a way to change the shapes in a cycle diagram in
Powerpoint 2002? I'd like them to be arrows instead of
blocks.

I was surprised that this was not already the case, since
arrows are depicted on the 'diagram type' button in the
Diagram Gallery. Can this be done?

Thanks,
Adam

Hi Adam,

when you insert a cycle diagram, a toolbar "Diagram" will appear. Select
"Layout" and turn off "AutoLayout". Now you can click on a block and use
"Draw - Change AutoShape" and choose an arrow (I prefer the one in the lower
right corner) and adjust it if necessary.

Alas there is no possibility to make arrows your Standard setting, AFAIK.

Kind regards,
Ute

That works great. Thanks a lot for your help!
