Cycle diagram with arrow heads

The picture of the cycle diagram (when you select
Insert|Diagram) shows a number of text items connected by
arrows. However, when inserted, the diagram does not have
arrows and I can't find an option to turn them on/off. Is
it possible to make the curved rectangles in the cycle
diagram have arrow heads?

Select one of the shapes that should be an arrow and select Draw/Change
Autoshape. Change to an arrowhead.
 
Hey, Cameron, I was pressed for time, so I didn't give much detail in
