Cut & Paste Headache

Alright...I know this is going to sound wierd but I can no longer cut and
paste items from the internet to Word or PowerPoint. Plus my Clip Art
functions in both programs no longer works either. Any suggestions?
 
Your cache is probably full, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet options, delete
files.

I deleted the files and the problem remains. I can copy and paste but the
pasted object only shows up as an outlined box without the graphic. I changed
users and I'm able to cut and paste properly using my wife's settings. Any
idea on how I can fix this odd problem?
