cut images from pdf document

Hi all

I am looking for software that will allow me to cut an image from a
pdf document and save it as a jpeg, bmp, etc.

Any help wuld be appreciated!!

The standard Adobe Reader can do this. In 6.01, you can do this by
clicking the drop-down menu next to the toolbar button entitled
"Select Text". Then, in the menu, choose "Select Image". Once you've
done that, you should be able to single-click the image, then right-
click and choose "Copy Image to Clipboard". From there, you can paste
it into any image program (Paint, Irfanview, etc), and should be able
to save it. It should be noted, though, that if DRM is being employed
on the document in question, you may not be able to copy the image.
