If you know how to use Resource Editor thingie (you can find it somewhere on
google), you can open up msgina.dll and even change the picture in the login
box. Quite easy actually :)

As malware often takes an interest in partching in via the logon
process, you may find these files are monitored by your defense tools.
If so, editing them (especially directly) may trigger a false
positive, your changes may be lost when the system is "cleaned", and
it's an extra rock to dance around if you have to go in manually.

For those reasons, I wouldn't do this, even though it is possible.

Name your user account "Phone012345678" and slide the logo in as the
account picture? ;-)

You can also use TweakUI to set UI settings for the pre-login phase,
and you may use this to show such logos and contact details. For
example, I see settings to control screensaver and wallpaper; when
used, the settings from your current user account are copied over.

You could try the following approach:
- create a new and temporary account
- craft a wallpaper with your logo and contact info embedded in it
- select a "scrolling marquee" or "3D Text" screen saver
- add suitable text to the above screen saver
- use TweakUI from this account to migrate settings to login
- log out of this temporary user account
- delete that temporary user account

Things may go wrong if...
- the login settings point as aliases to the temporary account
- wallpaper and settings are deleted with the temporary account
....in which case you may need to retain that account.

There may even be a case to be made for doing this anyway, i.e. create
an ugly but powerful "janitor account" and hide it from the Welcojme
screen and under a large and heavy password.

Thanks very much for all the help, I decided to use Tweak UI and it works
wonderfully

Thanks,
