Customizing the Start Menu

Hi All,

Does anyone know if in XP you are able to tabs (eg. Programs) to the start
menu?

Like in Windows 2000, you were able to add tabs, but it seems that you can
not in Windows XP...

I dont want to revert back to the classic style...

Does anyone know of any tweeks of getting around this?
