customizing taskbar

I'm a newer user to Windows XP. The icons for my taskbar
are small. I would like to make them larger. I do not
seem to be able to find out how to do this using Windows
XP Help or looking at Windows XP on-online support. How
do I make the icons larger on my taskbar?

Specifically for the icons in the Quick Launch area...

Right-click on a blank area in the Quick Launch area of an un-Locked Taskbar.

The top item in the context-menu is "View".

Click on that, to get a choice of "Large Icons" or "Small Icons".


For the size of all icons in the Taskbar,

-EITHER-

Right-click Desktop | Properties |

-OR-

Control Panel | Display |

-THEN-

/Appearance\
[Advanced]
"Item:" [ Caption Buttons ]
