Customizing Task Form in 2002

I am a real novice at creating forms, but I have managed
to create a custom task form using the 'Design a Form'
option from the Tools menu.

I'm stuck on 2 points:
1. Can I customize the first 'tab' of the task form
without using any programming (I only seem to be able to
create a new one on the P2 tab)?
2. Where do I publish the form to, to make it available
for use by other users in a public folder?

Sorry to appear so dim!

If anyone help me, I'd be really grateful.
